Today is all about Praise

Bob’s 2nd Procedure is scheduled for Nov 19. Our choice would have been sooner but that is the day and we praise God for that in our lives. Unfortunately, that means there are many others out there that are in more danger than Bob so we lift each of them up in prayer.

Another praise is the Ministry in Ghana is still being run very efficiently by our wonderful staff. Emmanuel, Thomas S., John, Gladys, Ajua, Peter and Thomas A are working everyday to see that everything is being done.

Praise God for His timing in the Area Leaders being in place and their ministry continuing through the Bible Club Leaders.

What a praise today as those of us in this country have the privilege to vote for the candidate that we think will best run our country. I know that not all of us who read this blog have the same political persuasion but the important thing is that each of us vote.

What a praise always is the fact that God is in control of all things including elections. His Grace will always supersede anything we can even imagine. So no matter which candidate wins the election today, it is only through God that he has done so and we are standing on  Romans 13:1-5 (NIV)

1Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience.

What a praise that Ghana also has the privilege of voting for their President next month. Please be in prayer that their elections will be done in a peaceful manner.

What a praise that we know that as each of you read this you too are praying. Thank you for that and we thank God that you are a part of our lives.
